Reiki Treatment - 60 Minutes £40
Relax on a massage table fully clothed in a tranquil room scented with essential oils, listening to meditation music while Lisa holds her hands over your body sending you Reiki light. This is a hands off treatment that allows your body to completely relax, your mind switch off, and for your energy to rebalance, clearing blockages and allowing your body to heal. At the end you are likely to feel relaxed and rejuvenated, but everyone is different. The treatment is not painful and can be used in conjunction with traditional medicine. Remote Reiki - 30 Minutes £30
Distance healing can be done in the comfort of your own home. Once you agree a mutually suitable time to receive the healing, you lie down somewhere you can relax without interruption. The healing is then sent to you remotely for 30 minutes; you will receive a text when it has begun, and a text at the end. It is a great treatment to have if you are not ready for face-to-face appointments.
What Does White Lotus Mean?
The Lotus flower in Eastern religion is a symbol of rebirth and regeneration. It is also a flower that is able to thrive and grow in the dirtiest of water. The white colour is symbolic of the pure white light that Reiki draws upon to create a healing space.
What Is Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of healing founded by Mikao Usui in 1920. It is a form of energy healing, chanelling energy from Source which is dispersed by the hands of the Practitioner to the client. The body absorbs the energy through the Chakras where it is distributed by the body systems and starts the healing process. Every body has an innate ability to heal itself; in order to do so, the mind has to be quiet and the body deeply relaxed. Reiki is highly effective at enabling this process.
